This is a private witness journal. Threshold helps you document
disability-related court access barriers as they happen, then compose a
28 U.S.C. § 1746 declaration from what you logged. It does not give legal advice.
Your entries, notes, and uploaded files never leave this device. The only
network request Threshold can make is the optional text-recognition (OCR)
engine, which downloads once if you choose to use it — your images are still
scanned locally.
Pick the barrier you experienced. Threshold walks you through the events worth
documenting for that barrier type — log each one, add the date it happened and a
narrative in your own words, and generate your declaration when you are ready.
